Friends and Clients,

As you all know, this last year has been a challenge for us all.  Unfortunately, many of our clients have ceased business operations during these last few months causing a significant drop in firm revenue.  Accordingly, after much consideration, Emmy and I have had to make the hard decision to close the Lewis & Spagnol and Brian M Lewis CPA firms and seek other employment.  The firm(s) officially closed for business October 31, 2009.
